Monitoring Protocols

Below are copies of the Council's most recent publications for monitoring water use efficiency project results.  These protocols were developed by Davids Engineering and comprise a four book series for common water use efficiency projects.

Managing water resources in an efficient manner is important for all stakeholders, agriculture is no exception.  These are low cost monitoring protocols to help irrigation districts and water agencies estimate the volume of water conserved by a water use efficiency project.  These protocols may be cited as references in State and federal grant applications as the monitoring plan for proposed water use efficiency projects.
